Custom Jewelry Manufacturing
Each custom-made jewelry piece is carefully crafted to your specifications. Manufacturing typically takes approximately 2–3 business weeks. Once your jewelry has been completed, we will contact you for final confirmation before shipping your order.
Shipping and Delivery
After your order has been shipped, delivery generally takes 10–15 business days, depending on your location and local courier services.

Berkeley Diamonds is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

If a customer requests a delivery address change directly with the shipping carrier after the parcel has been dispatched, any resulting delays or complications will be the customer's responsibility.
Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all eligible orders.
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by local authorities in the destination country.
Product Modifications
If you request any changes to your jewelry design or order details after production has begun but before shipment, the manufacturing process may need to restart. In such cases, a new production timeline will apply from the date the modifications are confirmed.
Delivery Assurance
We work diligently to ensure your order is completed and shipped as quickly as possible. While we prioritize urgent orders whenever feasible, delivery times after shipment are dependent on third-party carriers.
Although we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, Berkeley Diamonds cannot guarantee carrier performance and is not liable for delays occurring after an order has been handed over to the shipping provider.
